DAY 6: POST A BEFORE AND AFTER

Share a picture of someone's weight loss success! Of course, If you have your own before and afters, share yours. But if not, it's ok, you have a limitless amount of success stories and testimonies to choose from!

Shout them out on your page, share how excited you are to be celebrating others who are winning and send it to the team engagement pod/chat to boost comments (keep in mind, your following will not always comment on these types of posts because they don't want others to see them commenting?? but trust me they still see it)

Keep showing success stories on your wall and in your stories! You have many success stories you can feature from the Whole Wellness Approach FB group! A picture speaks a thousand words!

STEP 2: POST TO STORIES
How to save stories below:
Phone: Press and hold your finger on the images to save to your phone. 
Computer: Right click on image and save to downloads folder.
Post these 4 stories in a row. Add music, gifs, stickers, make it your own! It just takes a few seconds to dress up a story and your audience will appreciate it!  
STEP 3: RESPOND TO COMMENTS AND ENGAGE

1. Quickly respond back to everyone who comments on your posts (FB likes when you do this and will push your post to more people)
2. Engage on 20 posts in your feed or go straight to your friends pages and engage. Do 20 posts total.
3. Have 5 conversations in FB messenger.
4. Add 5 people to the FB group.
5. Friend request 5 new people.
