REMEMBER: Yesterday we covered the Oh So necessary FORMULA you must use as a preliminary tool in order to attract more people to you and your business!
TODAY, we advance into what comes after the initial formula; the SYSTEM. You may ask "what is a system?". Well, according to the Business Dictionary, a system is defined as "A set of detailed methods, procedures and routines created to carry out a specific activity, perform a duty, or solve a problem." Simply put, a system is a process that you implement to create a result you want. As a business owner it is IMPERATIVE for you to have a system! If you do not have a system for your business, it will be chaotic, feel haphazard, and extremely unorganized. In the VIDEO BELOW, I will share with you the system you should be using so you are able to have a successful, methodical, and complete business.

The FORMULA:
1. "I am a rep for a ______________ company and we help people _________."
2. "Have you ever heard of ___________________."
3. "Is it okay if I send you some info.? I'd love to show you what I have."
The SYSTEM:
When your prospect responds to the last question of the formula with, "yes, sure, I would love to hear more", what do you do after that?
FIRST, you need to identify what THIRD PARTY TOOL (a source of information about your business, products, etc. that comes from something other than yourself or your prospect) you will use to give more information to your prospect.
[Examples of third party tools, a brochure, something from the internet, text messaging, connect through facebook, email, etc.]
Be sure to use a tool you are most comfortable with and be consistent!
SECOND, within a 72 hour time period you MUST expose them 7 times to what you have! It is important to keep your business, product, etc. in front of your prospects mind so that it is not awkward or weird when you follow up with them. Connecting and sharing within this time frame is critical to your success as a network marketer. It is all a part of a system that works!
Don't forget, ALL SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS OWNERS HAVE A SYSTEM. Be consistent with the formula I have given you and do not stray from a system that gives you the results you want! When you are comfortable and confident with your system, you will be able to teach it to your team, thus creating a stronger, more fruitful business because you become indispensable to your team members as a leader!
