Our brains 🧠 are hardwired to react, so we will often have a negative 😠 thought, or a jealous 🥺 thought, or a fearful 😧 thought before we can do 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 about it.

But what comes next is on us.
