Here are some tips to get you started right
STEP 1: PREP FOR THE STEAK DAY
Purchase your protein for Monday. The whole day you're NOT eating anything, it'll be an intermittent fast and then for dinner you have a HUGE steak and an apple or a tomato!

MAKE SURE TO WEIGH IN, TAKE PICTURES, TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND  DRINK A LOT OF WATER! *SALT IS GOOD BECAUSE IT'S GOOD MINERALS THAT CAN HELP YOUR BODY ABSORB WATER. ON DAY 1 YOU'LL BE RELEASING WATER AND YOUR BODY WILL BE ABSORBING WATER.
STEP 2: PARTICIPATE IN THE CHAT:
