Use a selfie or a picture of you and your kids/family/other half. Use some of these options below but remember, Add YOUR REASON. Make it personable.

I’ve decided to start a health and wellness journey, and I’m pretty excited about it. I’m not doing this to just lose weight, fit into a certain size of jeans, or to look a certain way. I’m doing it because 

(I want to have the energy I need to keep up with my kids.I want to fuel my body. I want to increase my confidence! I want to set a good example.I want to lead a healthier lifestyle so I can be better all the way around!!)

STEP 2: POST TO STORIES
How to save stories below:
Phone: Press and hold your finger on the images to save to your phone. 
Computer: Right click on image and save to downloads folder.
- Add music, gifs, stickers, make it your own! It just takes a few seconds to dress up a story and your audience will appreciate it!  
STEP 3: RESPOND TO COMMENTS AND ENGAGE

1. Quickly respond back to everyone who comments on your posts (FB likes when you do this and will push your post to more people)
2. Engage on 20 posts in your feed or go straight to your friends pages and engage. Do 20 posts total.
3. Have 5 conversations in FB messenger.
4. Add 5 people to the FB group.
5. Friend request 5 new people.
